1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BookMySpot.lk ("the Platform," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. What We Are

BookMySpot.lk is an online booking platform connecting customers with independently operated indoor sports facilities across Sri Lanka. We facilitate bookings and payments but do not own or operate the listed venues unless explicitly stated. Facility owners are responsible for the condition, safety, and operation of their premises.

3. Accounts and Guest Bookings

You may create an account or book as a guest by providing accurate name, email, and phone details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Bookings made as a guest are tied to the contact information provided at checkout, which is used solely for booking confirmation and communication.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to real-time availability. Payment is processed through our third-party payment partners (including PayHere) at the time of booking. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully verified. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility varies by facility and booking type. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Facility owners may set their own cancellation windows, which will be clearly displayed at the time of booking where applicable.

6. Promo Codes and Loyalty Points

Promotional codes and loyalty points are offered at our discretion and may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time. Points and codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Abuse of the promotional or loyalty system, including creating multiple accounts to redeem the same benefit, may result in account suspension.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to circumvent booking limits, submitting fraudulent payment information, or interfering with the Platform's operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Facility Owner Responsibilities

Facility owners listed on the Platform are independent businesses responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the condition of their venues, and compliance with applicable local regulations. BookMySpot.lk is not liable for the conduct or condition of any listed facility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookMySpot.lk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any booked facility, including but not limited to personal injury occurring at a third-party venue.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
